Q: Álvaro, how would you describe LooX's first six months?
A: It’s been an exhilarating and fast-paced journey. In just six months, we’ve reached over 72,000 customers worldwide and processed more than €78 million in orders. These achievements reflect the hard work of our team, strategic partnerships, and a clear vision to transform e-commerce.

We’ve also opened 13 warehouses in record time, thanks to key collaborations with logistics companies. And we’re not stopping there. We’re preparing to open one of the world’s largest warehouses in Dubai, a crucial hub for servicing Africa and Western Asia—regions that have long been underserved by our competitors.

Future Plans: Cryptocurrency, Expansion, and Going Public

Q: What can you share about LooX's upcoming projects?
A: Our primary goal is to keep innovating. We’re developing our own cryptocurrency to revolutionize e-commerce transactions. With this technology, customer purchases, supplier payments, and other transactions will be completed in milliseconds, setting a new industry standard.

Additionally, we are working towards going public in December 2025, a step that will solidify our market position and create new opportunities for investors. Currently, we are raising funds privately through strategic partners, funds, and collaborators. We’ve also launched private share sales for individual investors via our platform, making it easier for everyone to be part of our growth story.

Global Expansion and Employment Commitments

Q: What can we expect in terms of expansion and job creation?
A: We’re planning to hire over 100 new employees in the coming months to strengthen our operations. Our global expansion is also in full swing, with plans to enter new markets in Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean.

Our key objective is to ensure that customers, regardless of where they are, can receive high-quality products in record time. Our Dubai warehouse will be instrumental in achieving this goal.

Innovation and Sustainability as Pillars

Q: How does sustainability fit into LooX’s model?
A: We believe innovation must go hand in hand with sustainability. Our warehouses are designed to be energy-efficient, and we work with suppliers who share our commitment to the environment. We’ve also launched initiatives to reduce plastic use in packaging and promote recycling.
